History and Growth of the Hudson Valley Catskill Region REALTORS®
The Hudson Valley Catskill Region REALTORS® (HVCRR) has a rich history rooted in three distinct organizations. The Columbia County Board of REALTORs® merged with Greene County Board of REALTORS® in 2001 and became the Columbia-Greene Board of REALTORs®. The Ulster County Board of REALTORS® was incorporated in 1967.
Building on this legacy of collaboration, another major milestone was reached in November 2024. Members of the Columbia-Greene Board of REALTORs® (CGBR) and the Ulster County Board of REALTORS® (UCBR) voted to merge their associations to become the Hudson Valley Catskill Region REALTORS® (HVCRR). This strategic unification aims to strengthen regional real estate, enhance resources, promote greater collaboration, and provide elevated service for real estate professionals and their clients across the expanded region.
